[/justify][/blockquote]welcome to the district of alvarez, a series of floating islands that hover miles above the coasts of the long-abandoned unova region. immediately after the discovery of these majestic, floating islands, things for humans and pokemon alike were never the same. it was as if they had all grown wings and took to the skies, building airships and crafts in order to explore this previously uncharted land. now, it has formed into one of the busiest places in the pokemon world, complete with a ruling dictator to keep the lands safe and secure.
but are these lands truly safe? is the dictator acting in the best interests of the citizens? these are the questions the population of alvarez ask themselves daily. such questions led to the rise of a revolution, but an unsuccessful one. this brought on a new era in the history of alvarez -- the beginning of the sky pirates.
they pillage, they plunder, they give to the poor and take from them as well. no person with any amount of money is off limits to these scoundrels, and they're slowly taking over the alvarez population. with no true protection for the citizens, what will happen? will the sky country be left in shambles? will the pirates succumb to the dictator's iron fist? or will the regular population rise up against both of these driving forces and push them apart?
