this strange hill is located on the outskirts of the island, where a strange lightning storm always seems to be brewing. it's incredibly dangerous, and many get electrocuted here more often than anywhere else in alvarez. needless to say, this is an electric type's paradise, and flying types stay as far away from here as possible. ground types can also thrive here with their immunity to electricity. it is almost always dark here with the thunder constantly brewing in the storm clouds.
