FINNIKIN DARE, SIXTYNINE-FACED SURVIVALIST ROYAL GUARD.
finnikin has a lot of friends. lots of them. he keeps tabs on everyone in society, from the lowliest vagabond to the highest advisor. he does favours for everyone and keeps them in his stead, so that he can call upon them for return favours later on. in essence, he just wants to stay alive. he doesn't want to get old, he wants to die before then but for sure not now, not while he's young and sexy. he'll love you if you're rich especially, but he's so laidback that he's friends with everyone, pirate or aristocrat. it also helps getting info. thing is, he's become accustomed to a life of wealth and for as long as this resistance goes on, he can keep being accustomed to that life. once one side or another wins, he will get poorer instantaneously and he will do anything he can to keep that from happening, so he gives information to both sides to keep things fair and even and continuing. the pirates know him as a sneak and turncoat, the aristocrats know him as a loyal and deadly guard. the dictator probably knows him for the traitor he is, but for as long as he's still living, finnikin's good with whatever. he'll have plenty of enemies, considering he'll lie to you, cheat you, steal from you, sell your house out from under you and do it all with a joke and a twinkle in his eye. he won't make them unnecessarily, but those he does he keeps for life: like any self-serving, survivalist, cruel young boy he hangs on to a grudge like he would the edge of a ten-storey building. and as for romance, finnikin is about as good at relationships as a rock, and probably has a smaller emotional range. he flits from girl to girl, especially pirates because they're pretty sexy. however you find him, whether you're disgusted by his two-facedness or you respect his survivalism - because for finn, he comes first and the world comes second - he'll be your friend for as long as you've got something to offer him. and after that, you might find out just how deadly accurate he is with a pistol.

hm! finn and remy! well, remy's a pirate captain and he's not quite sure how to view finn, but he definitely does not trust the fellow. remy thinks he's awfully shady, but hey, maybe the two could sort of get along since they're both playful. i imagine witty banter between the two because i personally love witty banter if the two ever happen to meet, but yeah, maybe a casual drinking buddy or somethin'. i'm all up for ideas if you've got any! |

don't mind me as i casually spam your page for the second time today, but uh, yeah! hi, again! this time, i've dragged my tessa here simply because i just want to spam plots, but yeah! tessa's one of those innocent aristocrat girls who don't want anything to do with the dictator and stuff, so like if the two ever happen to meet, i could see finn tease her or something since he's a womanizer if he'd even be bothered to acknowledge her existence. tessa, on the other hand, would be helplessly confused and not sure if she's supposed to say something back or he she's supposed to scorn him, but she would be mildly interested in him due to his playful nature. however, she, like my remy, does not trust finn whatsoever because she thinks he's kind of shady for some reason she can't name. but yeah! maybe she'd be a little scared of him because he's a royal guard and all that and she's scared of being found out for her compassion and secret attraction to adventure and being thrown out of the family and etc, etc. IDK WHATEVER YOU WANT. |

finn and remy sounds like heaps of fun. i think the casual drinking buddies and ~witty banter sounds like a plan, and they can just not trust each other with anything, ever, but continue to be "friends" i guess. friends who would have no problem pushing each other in front of a bus if the time came.
and as for finn and tessa, she's a pretty lady and even though he's not technically supposed to be looking after the aristocrats he definitely cares about them more than he does the common people, who are legitimately dirt beneath his expensive fancy boots. so uhm he'd be like, nawww, you're a little bit adorable aren't you. and that would be the extent of his acknowledging her existence. or he could turn on his womanise powers and attempt to ~seduce her. but uh if she's scared of him then i like that, because not many other people are going to be scared of him.

for finn and tessa, hm. i think they'd definitely have an interesting dynamic for sure! i can have tessa scared of him since she thinks there's something off-putting about him that she doesn't quite like, but i almost think tessa would develop a really secret crush on him and she wouldn't dare tell him. but i feel like finn could maybe discover her friendly relationships with pirates and maybe threaten to use it against her or something? i don't know, just throwing up ideas! she'd definitely be scared while attracted to him at the same time and she'd hate herself for it. oh a secret crush! loving it! yes yes yes let's do it! so many exclamation marks! that dynamic would just be brilliant i think. oh please can we. he will definitely threaten to ruin her with his knowledge if, idk, if she doesn't go on a date with him or something. like, "or else i'll tell everyone about your rendezvous with pirates. how's friday at 7:00?"

I could see Shae using Finn for information. She would be willing the sell whatever info she had on other pirates just so that she could get information from him. I don't think she would trust him or even see him anywhere near her equal, she could maybe even bully information out of him. Kinda be a dominant female that likes to squish him beneath her boot to get the information she wants or something. Oh god that would be sexy.. But yeah if you have any other ideas let me know ^__^

he'd probably love it too. he'd delude himself into thinking she loved him if she treats him like dirt, and certainly even if she didn't have any sexytimes with him he'd be more than happy to have a working relationship, selling information to and fro with no trust between. no trust but uhm, lots of lust. yesyes. and if she denies him he'll just be all hurt puppy like thought you loved me /sniffle and idk go drown his sorrows in someone else. i just really want him to want someone who doesn't want or need him back

I love that idea! Yes, a one sided love story where Finn is all lusting over Shae. omg<3 She will love the attention and use his emotions against him as best she can, leading him on slightly before smacking him around xD
